About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telephony Advisor to join our team at BES Group. As a Telephony Advisor, you will play a crucial role in planning and booking engineering inspections using our purpose-designed software.

Your primary responsibility will be to confirm all details with our customers to ensure our engineers arrive at the correct location at the right time. This requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm appointments for all inspections with customers via inbound and outbound calls
  • Use purpose-designed software to ensure correct data is inputted for the engineers to follow
  • Work with the wider team to prioritise and book in urgent inspections when required
  • Use problem-solving skills to keep engineer travel time to a minimum
  • Achieve quality and productivity targets relating to inspection bookings and telephony SLAs

Requirements
  • Highly effective communication skills

  • Strong telephone skills
  • Previous experience dealing with a high volume of calls in a customer contact centre environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Customer service experience (desirable)
