Job Overview: The Recruitment Operational Performance Manager will play a key role in the Business Operations Team, driving the effective delivery of recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate Model-Based Design (MBD) for the system, collaborating with various teams.
- Design and develop human-machine interfaces (HMI), situational awareness systems, and systems for health and data management.
- Document design decisions and contribute to safety analysis.
- Support the work and professional development of junior engineers.
- Analyse performance metrics, trends, and data from tools such as SNow.
- Collaborate with teams to calibrate KPIs and SPIs.
- Accurately report on performance against resource demand.
- Oversee the centralised administration of purchase order management, vendor management, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment and onboarding reporting and governance.
