Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Bluetree Recruits Ltd. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team, maintaining administration, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, managing CRM data, and assisting with lead generation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Sales Support: Provide timely and accurate information to the Sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all administrative processes and procedures are documented and reviewed regularly.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gather valuable feedback, driving continuous improvement across departments.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate any issues arising from process failures, customer complaints, or sales team feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • CRM Data Management: Ensure data integrity by creating a monthly maintenance program, managing CRM data, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Lead Generation: Assist the UK Sales team in creating lead generation opportunities and reviewing existing ones.
  • Dealer Network Support: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to support key aspects of our dealer network.
Requirements
  • A STEM-related degree from a top 40 university with a minimum 2:1 classification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
