Sales Support Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Bluetree Recruits Ltd. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team, maintaining administration, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, managing CRM data, and assisting with lead generation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Sales Support: Provide timely and accurate information to the Sales team, ensuring seamless communication and process understanding.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain and review administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct surveys to gather feedback, driving continuous improvement across departments.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate process failures, customer complaints, and sales team feedback to ensure prompt resolution.
  • CRM Data Management: Ensure data integrity, creating a monthly maintenance program to optimize CRM performance.
  • Lead Generation: Assist the UK Sales team in creating lead generation opportunities and reviewing results.
  • Dealer Network Support: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to support key aspects of our dealer network.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a STEM-related degree, minimum 2:1 classification from a top 40 university, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
