Project Finance Coordinator

The Project Finance Coordinator will oversee the financial management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Prepare regular cash flow forecasts of expenditure for packages.
- Review and report expenditure against the package budget on a monthly basis.
- Support the project manager in resolving all financial commercial issues arising in the tender return.
