Job Summary

The Project Finance Coordinator will oversee the financial management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Prepare regular cash flow forecasts of expenditure for packages.
  • Review and report expenditure against the package budget on a monthly basis.
  • Support the project manager in resolving all financial commercial issues arising in the tender return.
