Support Worker for Deafblind and Complex Disabilities

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Sense, a national disability charity. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals who are deafblind or have complex disabilities, providing support with everyday tasks, personal care, and community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with complex disabilities with everyday tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Accompany individuals on community trips, such as shopping and social events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Full UK driving license (desirable).
- BSL skills (desirable).
