About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transformation and Organizational Development Specialist. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our network, implementing and embedding our values through leadership, management, and team development.

You will be responsible for analyzing workforce trends and development needs, developing interventions to complement the cultural and development needs of leaders and teams, and presenting development opportunities available through trusts, NHSE, and NHS Elect.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead on the planning, delivery, facilitation, evaluation, and reporting of Organizational Development initiatives, including mentoring, network induction, team and management development, and staff engagement.
  • To support people managers and teams with timely and effective interventions, such as facilitation, training, coaching, and organizational development consultancy.
  • To develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

  • A Training, Coaching, or Leadership qualification
  • Experience of group facilitation, training, and presentation skills
  • Experience using a coaching approach to guide, support, and influence
  • Experience in workforce development and using the OD consultancy model or similar
