About the Role:

As part of NHS London's initiative for opt-out HIV testing in Emergency Departments (ED) across London hospitals, you will collaborate with key clinical partners to deliver peer support to those testing HIV positive.

You will manage a caseload of clients, focusing on those struggling to stay in care, and assist with referrals to specialist services, including drug and alcohol support, mental health services, and advice and advocacy resources.
