About the Role

This is a unique chance to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of patients and colleagues alike. As a Phlebotomy Mentor Specialist, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising newly trained staff in the delivery of best practice venepuncture techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and supervising newly trained staff
  • Developing and implementing training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in venepuncture
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car (dependent on location)
  • A DBS check
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
