About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Life Safety Specialist to join our team at Fulwood Leisure Centre in Preston. As a Life Safety Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and tidy pool area, including setting up equipment and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in regular pool rotations and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Passion for swimming and a love of great customer service.
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
