Mental Health Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Recovery Practitioner to join our supported living service in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health needs using a recovery-focused approach. This involves collaborating with service users, families, housing agencies, and other stakeholders to assess their needs and plan transitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with mental health needs

- Assessing needs and planning transitions
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered for this position.
