About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to work with us as a Care Worker Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Support residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, understanding their communication needs and adapting your approach to meet their requirements.
  • Provide emotional support to individuals and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player who engages well with others, a strong communicator and influencer, energetic and hard-working, flexible and adaptable to change, passionate about offering superior services, and wanting to make a difference.

No experience as a Care Assistant is necessary, but you must possess these qualities or have worked in a retail, supermarket, warehouse, or other customer-facing environment. We provide excellent learning, development, and support opportunities to equip you with the knowledge and skills to make a real difference in the role.
