About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and confident Senior Programme Manager to lead our project/programme teams in delivering business-critical digital change. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading programme/project teams to successfully embed digital transformation initiatives that meet the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead programme/project teams to deliver business-critical digital change
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies to collaborate with stakeholders across the business up to executive/director level
  • Report effectively on the status of work and improvements adopted
  • Proven experience in an IT operation leadership role within a large, multidisciplinary organisation
  • Strong track record of managing complex digital programmes
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
