About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our programmes, working closely with Programme Coordinators, Assistant Programme Coordinators, and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to Programme Coordinators, Assistant Programme Coordinators, and apprentices, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage the performance, attainment of KPIs, holidays, absences, and other personnel matters for Programme Coordinators, Assistant Programme Coordinators, and apprentices.
  • Liaise with governing and external bodies, such as the DfE and external providers, to ensure all requests are processed and data is up-to-date.
  • Plan and coordinate new intakes and cohorts, ensuring all tasks and actions occur in a timely manner.
  • Manage data and produce reports on participant retention, event/delivery quality, quality assurance, destinations, impact, and client satisfaction.
