Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at Friends of the Elderly. As a Domestic Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our day care centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients
- Perform general domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Respect the privacy and dignity of our clients at all times
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide exceptional care and support
Requirements:
- Passion for supporting older adults and individuals with dementia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
