Private Equity Firm Assistant

C&C Search is seeking an Executive Assistant to join a private equity firm in Central London. This opportunity offers a chance for a driven EA to support the Managing Partners in a fast-paced environment.
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience working as an EA in a similar role supporting senior-level executives. You should possess exceptional organisational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities under pressure.
The successful candidate will provide diary management, coordinate complex travel, scheduling meetings, and board coordination. They will also cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent service and hospitality.
This role involves producing documents, project coordination, and supporting the wider team with events. If you are a professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work discreetly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
A competitive package with a discretionary bonus is on offer, along with a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. The hybrid setup includes 5 days in the office, providing a great work-life balance. C&C Search is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive diary management to MD and Investor Relations team
- Organising extensive and complex global travel with accommodation and all other logistics
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, including working closely with the investor relations team to co-ordinate complex meetings, speaking engagements and board attendance
- Board co-ordination - attending and scheduling meetings
- Relationship Management - cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investor meetings and events, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality
- Document preparation: producing, formatting and typing documents
- Project co-ordination - keeping track of timelines, milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues or concerns proactively
- Supporting the wider team with events
