About the Role
CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong compensation and benefits knowledge and experience to work in a well-established service provider based in Basingstoke.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of around £32,000-£42,000 per year, depending on experience, and excellent benefits including annual pay reviews, free Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to Work Scheme, and employee recognition & reward scheme.

This role involves managing end-to-end compensation and benefits processing for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process compensation and benefits for all employees;
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefits submissions;
  • Maintain compensation and benefits records and reports;
  • Respond to compensation and benefits queries from employees and external agencies;
  • Process statutory payments and coordinate with HR and Finance departments.
