Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator - EMEA to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will be responsible for delivering compensation and benefits services across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR Managers to deliver compensation and benefits services, ensuring adherence to STERIS policy and practices.
  • Educate and inform the organization about STERIS compensation and benefits policies and practices and make recommendations based on internal and external sources/best practice.
  • Manage and assist with compensation and benefits related projects.
  • Own the compensation and benefits responsibilities for a handful of countries across Europe and APAC.
Requirements
  • 3+ years benefits experience with at least 2 years progressive benefits administration experience.
  • Data Market Analyst and Job Evaluation experience required.
  • Degree may be in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant UK benefits regulations and legislation, while knowledge of international benefits trends is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with good working knowledge of systems and workflows.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
