Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teaching staff in delivering lessons and providing individualized support to students.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning and behaviour.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons, including preparing resources and equipment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with special educational needs and a strong understanding of the importance of positive behaviour management. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
