**Job Overview**

Trauma-Based Learning Approach Tutor Opportunity with Teaching Personnel in the Nottingham area (NG22).

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate tutor to deliver trauma-based learning approach sessions to students. As a Trauma-Based Learning Approach Tutor, you will create and implement lesson plans tailored to individual needs, provide emotional support and guidance, and monitor student progress.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £30 p/h, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent in the future. Enjoy flexible working hours, improved work-life balance, and access to ongoing CPD opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in trauma-informed teaching or counselling
  • Relevant degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Additional training in trauma-based approaches preferred

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver trauma-based learning approach sessions to students
  • Create and implement lesson plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students dealing with trauma
  • Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Our Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering trauma-based learning approach sessions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the impact of trauma on learning and behavior
