About the Role

This position involves working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive therapy services to residents. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

  • Collaborate with the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy services.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, prioritizing resident-centered care.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of therapies and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A diploma in occupational therapy or related field.
  • Experience working in long-term care settings, preferably in a restorative care capacity.
  • A strong commitment to resident-centered care and person-centered principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
