We are seeking an exceptional Patient Service Manager to join our team at Hca Cancer Network. As a key member of our Bespoke Services Coordinating team, you will play a vital role in delivering a five-star service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule health screening appointments, GP appointments, and advanced screening over the phone and via email with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle information requests efficiently, providing detailed information about our facilities to meet patient needs.
  • Provide dedicated support to key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Benefits:

  • An attractive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
