We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative curricula and assessment methods. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the organisation.
About the Position:
• Salary: £41,560 - £43,660 per annum

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement new curricula and assessment methods
• Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers on best practices in teaching and learning
• Conduct regular observations of teaching practices and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs and policies
• Analyse data and identify areas for improvement in teaching and learning
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Proven experience in teaching, learning and assessment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
