About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fintech Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced operations team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring product functionality, investigating bugs, working closely with our Customer Support (CS) team, and setting up queries and ad-hoc data analysis.

You will work alongside our Product, CS, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure our users receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data using SQL to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide data extracts, analysis, and dashboard reporting to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Assist in developing, optimizing, and implementing daily operational process controls.
  • Monitor internal and third-party functionality to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Investigate and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Automate recurring MI and optimize processes using SQL and Python.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly and drive efficiency.
  • Numerical skills with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Fast learning, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Basic SQL skills, with intermediate level desirable.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000, depending on experience, plus discretionary share option bonuses every 6 months.

We also provide a workplace pension scheme, private medical insurance, season ticket loan, cycle-to-work scheme, and unlimited holiday policy.

In addition, you'll receive a wellness allowance of £30 per month, annual allowance of £1500 for personal development, and a company laptop.
