Job OverviewAs a Demand Planner at Groupe SEB, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth strategy by providing accurate forecasting and demand planning. This position requires close collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive data-informed decisions.
You will be responsible for developing and approving channel forecast plans, measuring promotional effectiveness, tracking key metrics, and managing your dedicated channel and customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Forecasting: Develop and approve channel forecast plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Promotional Effectiveness: Measure promotional effectiveness to enhance accuracy in future planning.
- Stock Management: Track key metrics and adjust forecasts as needed to prevent stock availability issues.
- Customer Management: Manage and monitor your dedicated channel and customer portfolio, promptly communicating any changes that may impact demand or supply.
- Demand Planning Experience: Strong experience as a Demand Planner, Merchandiser, or a role within a similar capacity.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn; strong communicator, able to work with different stakeholders with the ability to influence the decision-making process.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with Tuesday and Wednesday as core days for cross-collaboration.
- Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn a yearly performance bonus of up to 10% for outstanding contributions.
