People Development Accountabilities and Deliverables:

- Design and develop learning materials, including training modules, presentations, activities, and assessments, that align with organisational goals and objectives, meticulous attention to detail is needed throughout the role
- Conduct interactive and dynamic training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring content is delivered effectively to engage participants and drive learning outcomes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery based on insights gathered
- Plan and facilitate new hire induction & onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures. Prepare and distribute welcome packages or materials to new hires, including company merchandise, welcome letters, and relevant information about the organisation. Gather feedback from new hires to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain LMS, ensuring information is up to date, easy to access and fit for purpose
- Manage the learning inbox, answering questions and resolving queries quickly
- Work with internal stakeholders to create example 'career stories' that brings career pathways to life
- Creation of internal resources including guides, 'how to' videos and documents related to key topics, processes and systems
- Sourcing external services, including monitoring and evaluating trainer vendors and course providers
- Day to day management of all L&D programmes and projects, including all diary management
- Researching costed business cases for future development inc Leadership Development, Mentoring Programme, Train the Trainer sessions etc
- Support to Line Managers on the various routes to progression/ qualification options
- Manage monthly reporting, ensure policies and procedures are in place and are audit compliant, inc creating process frameworks and operating instructions
- Ownership and delivery of the training calendar including the maintenance of the LMS and learning activities and oversee maintenance of training records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Work as an integral team player to achieve the outcomes required of L&D, grads and apprenticeships
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Early Careers Accountabilities and Deliverables
- Prepare and research analytics in the delivery of ROI (Return on Investment), KPIs and Benchmark Reports
- Facilitate the day-to-day delivery of the early careers and grads programmes
- Working with line manager to develop career pathways aligned to growth, L&D and building rotation programmes and support structures that will set apprentices up for success
- Develop and set up of early careers programmes outside of apprenticeships and graduates inc. year in industry, summer placements, student placements, internships, etc
- Manage the Apprenticeship Levy, introducing streamlined systems, processes & policies where necessary
- Monitor and manage budgets to fully utilise the apprenticeship levy inc allocating unspent levy
- Supporting the end-to-end early careers process from attraction, engagement, sourcing and assessment centres to offer stage
- Managing a seamless onboarding for apprentices and graduates and off boarding of apprentices at the end of programmes
- Engaging with the key stakeholders internally and externally
