Job Title: Care PlannerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Care Planner to join our Peterborough team. As a Care Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring key business and compliance targets are met
- Develop and implement effective shift rosters, including forward planning to ensure all clients have suitably allocated carers
- Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them
- Build strong relationships with carers and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
- Proven experience in care planning and rostering
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current market conditions and trends in the care industry
