We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director - Lease Advisory. Our company, Oyster, has partnered with the UK's leading lease restructuring advisor, based in London, to provide unparalleled advice and tailored services to corporate tenant clients.

About the Role:

  • As a Director - Lease Advisory, you will play a senior role in our lease advisory team, handling sensitive and skilled negotiations on behalf of some of the UK's largest and most prestigious commercial tenants.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lease negotiation strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • With a proven track record of success in lease negotiations, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £110,000, plus a bonus of your salary or 25% whichever is higher based on a fee level threshold.
  • The opportunity to become an equity partner of the business in the near future and potentially take on a leadership role as Managing Director.
  • A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment, with a focus on developing new business and driving growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a negotiator with a proven transactional track record, acting for commercial tenants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
