Insurance Claims and Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Insurance Advisor to join our team in Northampton.
About the Role:
- Servicing in and outbound calls to existing customers to the highest standards.
- Nurturing and developing client and insurer relations.
- Providing sales support duties and negotiating terms with clients and insurers.
- Managing claims and servicing outcomes.
- Registering claims and maintaining client servicing records with total accuracy.
- Developing and improving existing processes to enhance the service we offer.
- Providing support and advice to colleagues with enquiries.
- General clerical and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of insurance experience (essential).
- Customer Service experience, including in and outbound call handling (essential).
- Office and administrative experience (essential).
- Frequent use of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook (essential).
- Experience working with structured procedures and deadlines (essential).
- Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations (essential).
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Highly organised and attention to detail/accuracy.
