About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at CV-Library. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and leading a team of Care Assistants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a kind and compassionate approach, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your work and building strong relationships with your colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we take this very seriously. You will receive training on how to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if you have any concerns.
