Executive Chef - Elderly Care

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at ESR-1 LTD. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals to our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook delicious meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents
  • Craft menus that offer variety and choice, working closely with residents to honor their preferences
  • Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and budgeted correctly
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled chef who has experience in care settings. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents.
