At HealthHero, we're revolutionizing healthcare by combining cutting-edge technology with expert clinical knowledge. As a Customer Service Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals, providing exceptional support and guidance.
This is a full-time position working 23:00 - 07:00, 5 days a week, based in our Bracknell office. You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, booking appointments, and communicating with healthcare professionals. You'll also assist with administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions and health documentation.
Requirements
About the Role
- You'll provide top-notch customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle patient requests, ensuring seamless communication with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions and health documentation.
- Ensure accurate recording and storage of information, adhering to company policies.
About You
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in call handling or contact centre work is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Good emotional intelligence and ability to show empathy over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
