Job Description

This is a hybrid role requiring regular visits to customer sites across the UK and occasional attendance at our office in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by maximising IT service quality and building knowledge management of our customers' environments.

  • You will own the Service Transition process for onboarding new customers and services.
  • You will ensure successful delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You will maintain and lead Service Reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with our Technical Assistance Centre (nTAC) to achieve positive outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • IT knowledge/experience and proficiency in tools such as CRM, Salesforce, Confluence, Power apps, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong team player with ability to build trusting relationships quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations calmly and competently.
