Advisor for Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking a highly skilled Advisor for Customer Satisfaction to provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer needs and requests.

About the Role:
  • Provide customer service advice and support through various communication channels.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues related to bank products and services.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer care processes.
  • Develop and implement customer care procedures to maintain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide customer satisfaction through specialist advice and support.
  2. Ensure prescribed activities are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, impacting both the role and surrounding roles.
  3. Likely to have responsibility for specific processes within a team.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including full training and development opportunities. You will work 35 hours a week, covering shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday.
