Job Title: Safeguarding Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Safeguarding Officer to join our team at Windsor Forest College Group.

Job Summary

The Safeguarding Officer will be responsible for providing support to the college community in safeguarding cases, working closely with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure the well-being and safety of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to students, staff, and parents in safeguarding cases
  • Work with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective safeguarding practices
  • Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
