About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust. As a Neonatal Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborn babies and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff
  • Develop and implement care plans for neonatal patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety

Requirements

  • Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse with neonatal experience
  • Qualification in Speciality and teaching and assessing qualification
  • Recent experience at senior staff nurse level within neonatal nursing
