Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Back Office Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola HBC. As a key member of our Customer Logistics Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, from order taking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day stock control for all DSD customers
  • Cleanse and release daily orders in SAP
  • Ensure order accuracy to support delivery of overall IoI DIFOTAI
  • Place orders for specific accounts and manage relationships with customers and KAMs
  • Contribute to the delivery of team, function, and company KBIs through stretching departmental goals and personal objectives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enable delivery of departmental goals
  • Work with the wider Customer Logistics Team to fine-tune E2E processes
  • Ensure a best-in-class customer experience is achieved to support CCH IoI GfK
  • Manage issues as and when they arise in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or FMCG sales environment
  • Good commercial awareness with strong business acumen
  • Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with strong organizing and planning skills
  • Professional, articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • A proven team player with an excellent customer service approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • IT literate with a knowledge of SAP Systems (or similar)
  • 4 GCSE passes including Maths and English
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment to achieve personal and team objectives
  • Leads and strives to deliver high performance
  • Ability to absorb and use a lot of information in a short period of time
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and energy
