About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Financial Services customer service team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, while supporting victims and maintaining brand reputation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained on relevant systems.
  • Adhere to all compliance, governance, risk, and quality standards, ensuring customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, meeting or exceeding targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the financial services sector.
  • Good working knowledge of financial sector compliance and governance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze requirements and processes.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability.
