Clinical Healthcare Specialist

The CES Group - Clinical Employment Services requires an experienced Nurse Practitioner - CHC to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, complete Decision Support Tools (DSTs), and engage with patients during face-to-face assessments.
Salary Range:£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
About the Role:This Clinical Healthcare Specialist role offers flexible working arrangements with remote access to non-patient-facing duties, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive patient assessments, including completion of DSTs.
- Patient engagement during face-to-face assessments in the Birmingham and Solihull area.
- Remote report writing and administrative tasks as needed.
- Essential Experience:

- Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel within the Birmingham and Solihull area for patient-facing assessments.
