Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements and develop a detailed project plan to meet their needs.
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  5. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, using appropriate verification techniques.
  6. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report to management as needed.
  7. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements
  1. Signage project management experience is essential.
  2. Experience in using Clarity Software (CRM) is an advantage.
  3. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide and maintain excellent customer service.
