Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the financial and commercial aspects of our build projects, particularly in the Civil engineering or infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tenders and negotiate subcontractor orders
* Manage the financial and commercial aspects of subcontractors
* Oversee and report on forecasts, targets, reconciliations, and site records
* Maintain effective document control, variation reporting, and valuations
* Liaise with and commercially influence the site management team
* Manage and oversee Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Trainee Quantity Surveyors
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in build projects
* Relevant tertiary level qualification in a related field
* Strong skills in report writing, forecast planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders
