We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at The Beeches Residential Care Home in Birmingham. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all.

The successful candidate will have experience in care, preferably with an NVQ3 in Social Care, and be able to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with older people. About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Care Assistants, promoting excellent care practices and fostering a culture of compassion and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably with an NVQ3 in Social Care.
