Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Development: Identify training needs and deliver ongoing coaching through group call sessions and one-on-one meetings to support BDRs in addressing prospects' questions and troubleshooting technical or call-related issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor BDR sales performance, addressing challenges as they arise, and use Salesforce and Outreach to generate weekly reports on lead conversion and share insights with sales leaders.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead weekly team meetings to review call results and refine strategies, and help develop and maintain processes, best practices, and sales strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use reporting metrics to guide and coach BDRs during individual one-on-one sessions.
  • Communication and Feedback: Act as a liaison between the BDR team and management, conveying feedback, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with team goals.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and methodologies;
