Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations department. The successful candidate will lead the Trade Support team, providing excellent customer service, managing team performance, and ensuring the integrity of stock file data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead the Trade Support team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
    • Manage team performance, personal development, and engagement.
  • Data Management
    • Maintain the integrity of stock file data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Review and maintain historic stock prices, ensuring automated feeds with third-party data suppliers are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Project Support
    • Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades, including testing software and defining processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the financial services industry.
  • Highly accurate work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • IT literacy, with confidence in using Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
