Platform Investments Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Investments Team Leader to join our Operations department at AJ Bell Management Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Trade Support team, ensuring that daily processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Trade Support team, managing performance, personal development, and engagement.
  • Maintain the integrity of stock file data, checking new fund and stock set-ups.
  • Review and maintain historic stock prices, ensuring automated feeds with third-party data suppliers are in place and correct.
  • Set up and review trade routing and dealing commissions.
  • Approve fund share class conversion instructions.
  • Resolve complex queries relating to the Figaro system.
  • Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades through testing of software and assisting with the definition of processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the financial services industry.
  • Highly accurate work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • IT literate, confident with Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
