About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Team Leader to join our Operations department at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Trade Support part of the team, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the integrity of stock file data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team, manage performance, and engage team members to achieve excellent customer service.
  • Maintain the integrity of stock file data, checking new fund and stock set-ups, and investigating trading-related queries.
  • Review and maintain historic stock prices, ensuring automated feeds with third-party data suppliers are in place and correct.
  • Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades through testing of software and assisting with process and procedure definition.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the financial services industry.
  • Highly accurate work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • IT literate, confident with Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
