Job Summary

Aspire Data Recruitment seeks a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to lead a team of analysts and drive data-led decision making across the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a project portfolio of analysis projects, working on complex and technically demanding projects, and providing both technical and commercial insight support to the team.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Work on complex and technically demanding projects to produce models, segmentations, and insights to drive data-led decision making across the division.
  2. Line management of other analysts within the team, providing both technical and commercial insight support.
  3. Analyse and provide recommendations to optimise business performance across the customer journeys onsite and CRM.
  4. Think creatively to identify and deliver new, innovative analytical projects from existing and new data sources.
  5. Design and recommend different types of testing used to measure new and existing business processes.
  6. Instill a test-and-learn culture into existing business processes to improve overall business performance.
  7. Run and analyse the output of tests.
  8. Maintain existing reporting on activity to help the business understand the drivers of performance.
  9. Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills, spotting trends in the data and making recommendations for changes in strategy to senior trade and marketing managers.

  1. Ability to develop the capability of team members to tackle business problems.
  2. Demonstrated history of creating models/segmentations that have driven measurable incremental benefit.
  3. Experience in measuring business strategy to help optimise processes and outcomes.
