Key Responsibilities- Assist the Shop Manager in all aspects of the retail business, including sales, stock management, and team development.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business within the local community.
- Work closely with the Shop Manager to create a harmonious and successful working relationship.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Previous Assistant Shop Manager experience, ideally 1 year or more within the retail or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of good attendance and communication skills.
- Ability to work for long periods on your feet and lift and sort stock for extended periods.
