Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee project activities to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reporting.

  • Agile/Waterfall Methodologies: Support the implementation of best practices in project management methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in project management or PMO roles with proven coordination skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries like insurance, financial services, or technology is a plus.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or JIRA.

    • Familiarity with PMO frameworks and tools.

Salary:

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
