Career Trails is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Datacentre Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to fast track to Director level, including equity in the business.

As a Datacentre Project Manager Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company. Your key responsibilities will include managing and overseeing datacentre projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ideally, you will have a developed business development network in the desired field.

Your expertise in project management, leadership, and communication will be essential in driving project objectives forward. You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members, monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying any potential issues, and implementing solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices in project management. You will also assist in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development. This is a full-time position based in central London.
